Colin Slee

Colin Slee’s pastoral paintings and drawings are filled with the atmosphere of estuaries, seashore, moorland and forest. They are the result of a love affair with his local Suffolk landscape.

Colin uses pastels and charcoal on paper, and also acrylics on large-scale canvasses to respond to his environment and to portray an atmospheric and emotional sense of place.
